We have implemented some new features for the Parent Portal over the summer. We have added e-Signature and Password Recovery options. These options will bring more freedom and flexibility for you as parents to manage your accounts. However, this will not automatically happen. You must take some steps to set this up.
NOTE: You will need to do these steps on a computer?..NOT on your phone app.
1. You should be asked to set up a recovery email. You may have already received this if you have logged in after July 7th. This should be the email you use for Infinite Campus communication. It will become the ?official? password recovery email.
2. You may be asked to change your password as e-Signature requires a ?complex? password. If your current password does not meet the complexity requirements. Again, you may have already experienced this if you have logged in after July 7th this summer. If so, you do not need to worry about doing this again.
These two steps must be done before the e-Signature or Password Recovery feature will work. If you have not completed these steps you will not receive an email when you click on ?Forget your password?. You will still need to contact the school to have your password reset until the steps are completed.
